DAY 1: PRIVATE ADVENTURES IN COPE TOWN & GARDEN ROUTE PRIVATE TOURS ITINERARY FOR 10DAYS/9NIGHTS

Upon arrival Cape Town International Airport you will be welcomed by TNKPRIVATETOURS representative who will be taking care of your transfer straight to Lagoon Beach Hotel check in for three nights. Later you will be picked up by your Guide/Driver and proceed straight to V&A Clock tower for your 15:00 Cruise to Robben Island.
ROBBEN ISLAND is a small landmass located just seven kilometers (4.3 miles) west of the coast of Bloubergstrand, Cape Town, in Table Bay. The island is a UNESCO World Heritage site and has served as a whaling station, a leper colony and most notably were imprisoned also where our first Black president Nelson Mandela spent 18 years of his 27 years of incarceration before being elected as the country’s first democratic president. Robben Island is a stark reminder of the apartheid system, and a symbol of the triumph of the human spirit over adversity, suffering and injustice, the maximum security prison is now a museum where daily tours are conducted by ex-political prisoners. Every year, thousands of tourists visit the island to understand South Africa’s past and view the tiny cell where Nelson Mandela lived for 18 years behind bars. DAY 2:CAPE TOWN PRIVATE CITY TOUR AND TABLE MOUNTAIN

Departure 09:00am after breakfast, you will be picked up from Lagoon Beach Hotel in Cape Town by your Guide/Driver and travel straight to the Table Mountain to experience the Cable Car, the top of Table Mountain offers spectacular views in all directions and gives a bird’s eye view of the City. The upper cable car station is situated at 1067 meters and the cable car floor rotates 360 degrees enabling visitors to take in the breathtaking views there are numerous pathways on top, viewing decks, souvenir shops, a service restaurant, and coffee shop. Thereafter we proceed to Signal Hill for Paragliding and enjoy its amazing view of the City as well as Cape Town Stadium, Robben Island and the entire Waterfront. SIGNAL HILL pass by the Lion’s Head. Signal Hill has a rich and colourful history, because of its use as a signaling point, Spanish settlers called the Hill “Loma Sental” which translates as “Signal Hill” the first owner of record was Manuel Nieto, who received the land in 1784 as a grant from King Carlos III of Spain. Thereafter we will proceed to Cape Malay Quarter kwon as Bo-Kaap.

BO-KAAP/CAPE MALAY QUARTER
We will stop for a little walk to take pictures on these famous beautiful colorful houses showing an expression of slaves’ freedom in 1834. Bo-Kaap has a rich cultural, religious and architectural heritage and is a mixed and cosmopolitan neighborhood with strong links to Muslim traditions and cultural. Explore the first house in Bo-Kaap declared national monument in 1965 and restored in 1970 and transformed to a Museum (a satellite of South African History Museum) today we know the 71 whale street house was the Effendi’s house who lived there until his death in 1914. The Cape Malay was originally shipped into the colony as skilled artisan slaves during 16th – 17th century. The Bo-Kaap is also home to the oldest mosque in South Africa, the Auwal Mosque, established in 1794 by Adbullah Kadi Abdus Salaam. Lunch at Easthern Food Bazaar Restaurant. Thereafter we will proceed to the Company Gardens.

COMPANY GARDENS
The garden is the oldest in the country and was formally established in 1652 by Dutch settlers who sought to establish a victualing station to service and re-provision spice-trading sailing shops on the long sea route to the east. The Company Gardens in the middle of the CBD is also home to a beautiful rose garden, Japanese garden, and fish pond and bird aviary. It is adjacent to numerous important landmarks, including the present day Houses of Parliament, the Slave Lodge, SA Museum, Jewish Museum, the SA national Gallery and other historical buildings such as City Hall the building where our first black President Nelson Mandela made his first speech to the Nation. Thereafter we will proceed to the Castle of good hope.

CASTLE OF GOOD HOPE
Is one of the oldest buildings in South Africa, was built between 1666 and 1679 by the Dutch East India Company (VOC) as a maritime replenishment station. It is a fort rather than a Castle. The Castle Military Museum depicts Cape Military History with one of the most impressive sword collections in the country. The William Fehr collection of historical paintings and period furniture, have a special relevance to the Cape. Key Ceremony is performed during weekday, followed by firing of the Signal Cannon. Thereafter we will proceed straight to V&A Waterfront Established in November 1988 by state-owners transport corporation Transnet Limited. You will be dropped off to explore the Two Oceans Aquarium and later explore the V&A Harbour on Red Cruise as it is one of the tourist attraction spots in Cape Town. Later back to your Hotel on your own or dropped off.

DAY 3:FULL DAY CAPE POINT-CAPE OF GOOD HOPE PRIVATE TOUR

Departure 09:00am after breakfast, you will be picked up from your Lagoon Beach Hotel Cape Town by your Guide/Driver and travel along the Atlantic seaboard, with the mountain on side and the ocean on other side quick stop for pictures at MAIDEN’S COVE, it’s well renowned for its exquisite vistas of Table Mountain and the Twelve Apostles, as well as its view of the Atlantic Ocean. It’s also a popular Spot to watch the Sunset, Braai areas, Dolphins can often be spotted frohicking in the water and Whales can be seeing during the months of Jun to August, it’s a beautiful scenic lookout point nestled between Clifton’s beaches and Glen beach, (Clifton And Camps Bay) the Mother City has some of the beautiful beaches in the world. CAPE OF GOOD HOPE NATURE RESERVE
Was called before Cape of Storms by the explorer Bartholomew Dias in 1487-1488, but the Peninsula later renamed Cape of Good Hope by the King John of Portugal who saw it as a positive sign of a new trade route to India, we will explore the Dias and Da Gama monuments, Cape of Good Hope is one of the two world renowned lands marks within the Table Mountain National Park, the other is Table Mountain, this part of the park is home to an array of Fynbos, over 250 species of birds, Baboons, Cape Zebra etc…, Thereafter we proceed to Cape Point for Lunch 13:30 at Two Ocean Restaurant suits for vegetarian or no vegetarian.

CAPE POINT
Known as Cape Peninsula, according to it is position is the most south western point of African Continent within Cape point the treacherous cliffs forming the most South Western tip of Africa are some of the highest in the world and mark the spot where the cold Benguela current on the west coast and the warm Agulhus current on the east coast merge. After Lunch walk or hop aboard the funicular enjoy the scenic trip of 238 meters above the Ocean to where the old light house keeps watch over the Seas. Thereafter we will proceed to BOULDERS BEACH. The Penguins colony started in 1983 when a pair was spotted on foxy beach at boulders, the birds came to False Bay from Dyer Island at the time False Bay was closed to commercial fishing activities, the boulders beach in Simon’s Town is home to the JACKASS African Penguins Colony now said to number over 3000, though the species as whole is listed as endangered. SIMON’S TOWN VILLAGE
The town was named after Simon Vander Stel, Simon’s Bay and it was made the official winter anchorage for the Dutch East India Company’s ship(PORT) in 1743, by Baron G.W. VAN IMHOL, who was the Governor General of the Dutch East Indies, and it became known as Simon’s Town after the second British occupation in 1806, 1814 Simon’s Town was turned into Naval establishment and the Harbour was constructed, we will continue pass by FISH HOEK nestled in the Sandy Valley with cut right across Cape peninsula, and founded in 1818 and it was the only town which didn’t sale Alcohol until the 1990, it has safe and beautiful beaches we will drive straight to KALK BAY, KALK BAY meaning Lion Bay got is name from shells was collected to provide white wash and the motel for colonial Buildings, Kalk bay was established in the 17th century as a small community of lime burners who mined the nearby deposits of limestone. THE NAME KIRSTENBOSCH first appeared in 1795, when it was listed on an inventory of property drawn up and handed over to the British occupying forces, but the origin of the name is uncertain. It suggests a link to the Kirsten family, the Botanic Garden was established in 1913 to promote, conserve and display the extraordinarily rich and diverse flora of Southern Africa, and was the first botanic garden in the world to be devoted to a country’s indigenous flora. Thereafter we will proceed straight back to your Hotel pass by the old university in the country dating back 1829, UINIVERSITY OF CAPE TOWN originally known as South African College School, it was in Cape Town City, the main Campus moved to the present location in 1925 and its part of the land Cecil John Rhodes gives back to the Nation (Western Cape government), one of the former student to this University is BILL CLINTON the former president USA. The university now is about 15000 students.
We continue to pass GROOTE SCHUUR HOSPITAL, it where the first human heart transplant was performed by the professor Doctor Christian Bernard in 1967, the patient who received a 25 years old heart lives only for 18 days after the operation, he died for a lung infection, but the operation was still seen as a success. Dinner will be at GOLD Restaurant.

DAY 4:FULL DAY ADVENTURES QUAD BAKING IN DUNE PARK, SEGWAY

FULL DAY ADVENTURES QUAD BAKING IN DUNE PARK, SEGWAY IN STELLENBOSCH, WINETRAM IN FRANSCHHOEK PRIVATE TOUR
On this tour we suggest the guests to have enough breakfast as we will have lunch late, you will have three different wine tasting with chocolates and cheese platter.
Departure 08:00am after breakfast you will be picked up at Lagoon Beach Hotel by your Guide/Driver and travel straight to Dune Park for your first adventure QUAD BAKE on desert for an hour. Thereafter we will proceed straight for your Second adventure via R27-N2-R310 stop at SPIER WINE ESTATE for your SEGWAY VINEYARD TOUR for an 1hour, this adventure does not required you to have an experience, you will have 20 minutes training onsite and become a pro after it. You will start your first wine tasting after Segway Tour. Thereafter we will proceed straight to Franschhoek for your Winetram hop on hop-off tour about 2hrs and enjoying wine tasting along.
FRANSCHHOEK
Franschhoek was founded by the French Huguenots over 350 years ago, and widely regarded as the culinary capital of South Africa. It lies against the backdrop of the majestic Franschhoek and Drakenstein Mountain, it’s beautiful setting with many guest houses, café lined street, antique stores, art galleries, bakeries and the chocolaterie demonstrate a truly French fair.
Franschhoek is also home to many festivals from the annual Bastille Day festival kwon as French National Day and from is anniversary of the Storming of the Bastille on 14 July 1789, which was a turning point of the French revolution. Cheese, Wine and Olive festivals at various times throughout the year.

DAY 5:STARTING THE GARDEN ROUTE ADVENTURE PRIVATE OR SMALL GROUP TOUR

The Garden Route region runs along a scenic stretch of coastline beginning in Cape Town. Travelling through Mossel bay, George, Wilderness, Knysna, Plettenberg bay, Tsitsikamma and ending in Port Elizabeth. But our Garden Route Private Tour will end in Tsitsikamma. The region has become South Africa’s most popular tourist destination after Cape Town. Visitors are drawn year-round to its indigenous forests, freshwater lakes, wetlands, hidden coves and long beaches. Nature lovers from all over the world visit Hermanus to view these magnificent creatures from the best land-based whale watching sight in the world. Listen out for the whale crier’s horn which is sounded upon sighting in the bay. Thereafter we will proceed to CAPE AGULHAS the Southernmost Tip of African Continent, the official place where the Indian Ocean and Atlantic Ocean meet, go up to the light house for clear view and pictures. Thereafter we will proceed back on N2 straight to Mossel Bay where you will visit Dias Museum complex and the historical Boat of Bartholomew Dias the first European Portuguese explorer to arrive in the Cape, Dias discovered the Cape of Good Hope in 1487-1488. Our first adventure will be at Cango Caves.
OUDTSHOORN

Oudtshoorn it’s a town in the Western cape province in South Africa, with approximately 80,336 inhabitants it is the largest town in the little Karoo region. The town is home to the world’s largest ostrich population with a number of specialized ostrich breeding farms such as the safari show farm stop at Oudtshoorn Safari Ostrich Farm for Tractor guided tour, Encounters, Ostrich feeding and experience the Ostrich Eggs.

Here we have Cango Wildlife Ranch and CANGO CAVES.
The Cango Caves are located in Precambrian limestones at the foothills of the Swartberg range near the town of Oudtshoorn in the Western Cape/ South Africa. The Cave is one of the country’s finest best known and most popular tourist Caves and attracts many visitors. Although the extensive system of tunnels and chambers go on for over four kilometers, only about a quarter of this is open to visitors, who may proceed into the cave only in groups supervised by a guide. Thereafter we will proceed to CANGO WILDLIFE RANCH Cango Wildlife Ranch is situated just 3km outside of the picturesque Karoo town of Oudtshoorn, offering sanctuary to some of the world’s most endangered species and a haven to visitors. KNYSNA AND THE KNYSNA HEADS Knysna pronounced (NICE- NAH) is the heart of the Garden Route, famous for its scenic beauty and mild Mediterranean climate all year round. Originally two separate hamlets of Melville and new Haven in the early 19th century, Knysna has since than grown into the favorite town of both South Africa and international visitors alike. Situated on the shores of the Knysna Lagoon, fed by several tidal rivers, with the famous Knysna Heads separating the Lagoon from the warm waters of the Indian Ocean it is easy to see why.

DAY 7:FULL DAY TSITSIKAMMA NATIONAL PARK PRIVATE TOUR

Departure 08:30am after breakfast we will proceed straight Plettenberg Elephant Sanctuary for your Elephant feeding, walking tour and encounters, here you will feed and walk trunk in hand with these large creatures, you may also have a chance to ride depending on the availability. The Elephant Sanctuary, the Crags, Plettenberg bay offers guests the opportunity to get close-up and personal with an African Elephant in an experiential learning environment Thereafter we will proceed to Birds of Aden the world’s largest free flight aviary and bird sanctuary, located near Plettenberg Bay in the Western Cape/South Africa.

PLETTENBERG BAY
Plettenberg Bay, nickname Plett, is the primary town of the Bitou Local Municipality in the Western Cape Province of South Africa. It was originally named Bahia Formosa (beautiful bay) by early Portuguese explorers and lies on South Africa’s Garden Route. This place offers a range of fun activities for all. Lunch at Monkeyland Restaurant. Thereafter we will proceed to Tsitsikamma National Park Storm River Mouth to explore the Walking Suspension Bridge pass by Bloukrans Bridge Tsitsikamma stop at the highest Bungee Jumping in world 216m for pictures. TSITSIKAMMA is a Khoi word meaning (place of abundant or sparkling water). The region, which sits on a 200m high plateau stretches from the Bloukrans River in the west to the Tsitsikamma River in the east, is bordered on the North by the imposing Tsitsikamma Mountains and in the South by the Indian Ocean. DAY 8:FULL DAY TRAVEL TO KWANTU BIG 5 GAME RESERVE PRIVATE TOUR

Check out and Departure 08:00am after breakfast travel time to Kwantu Big 5 Game Reserve maximum 4hrs, we will proceed straight to Storms River Village for your Zip-line Canopy tour. The Storms River is a scenic, powerful river that winds its way through the Tsitsikamma mountain range and into Indian Ocean. Lunch after Canopy tour at Storms River Village or a light meal at one of the restaurant on the way. Thereafter we will proceed straight to Kwantu Game Reserve for two nights with three different Safari Game Drives, afternoon game drive, morning game drive and night game drive. After doing a lot from Cape Town to Garden Route We give our guests two nights in Kwantu Luxury Game Reserve to enjoy a relaxed stay with true Big 5 Safari Game Drive on an open 4×4 Truck or Jeep. Upon arrival at the Kwantu Game Reserve you will be welcomed by rangers with alcohol free drinks. Later you will be driven to your lodge before the Game Drive.

On this day you will enjoy two Game Drive, Morning & Evening. 06:00am you will be picked up from your lodge by Rangers and proceed straight for 3 hrs Game Drive, on this morning game drive you will have chance to see for your first time lion hunting animal on his own, after game drive Breakfast at the lodge restaurant after Breakfast you will relax on your own and wait for your evening game drive pick up at 17:30 departure 18:00, after game drive dinner buffet at lodge restaurant.
